About
A practice for leaders becoming what the moment requires.
Dr. Tyeisha Chavis works at the intersection of leadership, organizational transformation, and human wellbeing — partnering with leaders and institutions in seasons of change, complexity, and reinvention.

For nearly twenty years, Dr. Chavis has worked alongside leaders, teams, and institutions navigating the questions that don't have neat answers.
Her career spans the United States, Southern Africa, and Southeast Asia — work that has shaped a distinctly global, distinctly human perspective on what it means to lead well over the long arc of a career and a life.
She holds a doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University, with expertise in systems change and organizational leadership. But the through-line of her practice isn't credentials — it's a deep belief that transformation only holds when it's tended to with both rigor and care.
Dr. Chavis partners with executives and senior teams through coaching, consulting, and facilitation. Her engagements are wellness-centered by design: leaders are not asked to perform a self that costs them their own sustainability.
Outside of client work, she writes, speaks, and convenes leaders on questions of reinvention, sustainable culture, and the inner architecture of leadership.
